  • Loved this book!

    By Templier jérémy
    Highly recommend this book!
  • Jewel of a book!

    By KuonHunt
This book not only explains the big, complicated concepts in physics in language laymen can understand, but calls us to be more fully and truly who and what we are at the same time! Love the humanizing inclusion of philosophy and literature here. A real jewel of a book!
  • A quick fun read

    By Aqua...
Even if you are an enthusiast for the sciences, this is still a wonderful read. The Haters who gave this book a 1 ⭐️ are obviously intimated by it, otherwise something less than 5 stars might be appropriate. To those who did; Your Low Self Esteem is Showing
  • Inaccurate

    By Weirded_out
I feel compelled to write a review. I thought this book will give me some ideas on how to explain complex concepts in simple words, but I was stunned by the factual inaccuracy. Didn't get beyond the first lesson. For example, the author says that Einstein became a renowned scientist right after publishing his first papers with multiple offers from prestigious universities. This couldn't be more untrue. I understand that this book is not Einstein's biography, but I feel disturbed that such factual simplification and inaccuracy was allowed to get published. Do not recommend this book, especially for younger readers.
  • Poor lessons.....arrogant author

    By Laz1534
Anyone hoping to read this book and pick up meaningful knowledge on the world of physics will quickly realize the author is more interested with himself rather than teaching his readers meaningful lessons about science.
  • Not for enthusiasts

    By Boris.Poletaev
VERY short and doesn't go in depth at all. If you lived under the proverbial rock, it's a great introduction. However if you are like me and love reading about this stuff online and loosely follow physics, there is nothing new.
  • Underwhelmed

"Brief lessons"....more like barely existent lessons. Can't believe this is a best seller!
  • A brief history of physics

    Just a lovely little book.
  • Quick peek in to world of Physics

One of the best books to catch upon everything that happened and is happening in the world of Physics - thoroughly enjoyed it.
